Green tea - Long Jing Shi Feng Top Grade
Authentic Shi Feng Lung Ching handpicked and hand-crafted traditionally. The tea is also called Long Jing. Classed as China's most famous green tea and one of China's most famous teas at all. The tea is produced by Lung Ching cultivar and is harvested early in the year 2022.

Zhejiang province, China

The tea has a long history and is mentioned in the first book of Lu Yu from Tang Dynasty. The name Long Jing translates to dragon well.











Origin: Zhejiang province in China, Shi Feng Mountain.
Taste: Very lightly roasted tone, the flavor is medium-bodied and yields a characteristic sweet taste, some nuttiness, with a long aftertaste.
Appearance: Flat green-yellow leaves. Brew has a light green-yellow color.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 8 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
2dl teapot - use about 4 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
Second steeping 1,5 minutes.
Third steeping 2,5 minutes.
