Black tea
Hand-picked exclusive black tea from the first pick from Tsukigase, Japan. The tea is grown without the use of pesticides. (JAS certified). The tea is produced from the very unusual tea cultivator Yamato Midori. Yamato Midori is an old tea cultivar that is very rarely used today that was developed for the production of Sencha tea. This is a rarity from Japan, a craft tea from a small-scale producer.
Japan was a producer of black tea until 1955. After 1955 the competition was too hard and Japanese black tea stopped producing. Today only a small production remains to meet domestic market, black tea is not normally exported.
Origin: Tsukigase, Japan
Taste: Fruity well-balanced taste, note of vanilla.
Appearance: Long whole dark tea leaves.
Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 ° water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 ° water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
Second steeping 3 minutes, the third increase steeping time to 4 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, the flavor develops with heat.
