Herb
Chamomile grows in Sweden, but is for production mainly grown in southern Europe. Only flowers are used to make the tea. The herb has been used for a long time in Sweden and appears in many old scripts.
Our chamomile is fresh and only the pure dried flowers are used for tea.
Taste: A sweet floral taste
Ingredients: Dried chamomile flowers
Latin: Matricaria chamomilla
Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 5 grams of tea (2 Tbsp). Pour in 90-100 °C water and let it steep for 10 minutes.
