Organic green tea
Organic Japanese tea harvested in spring 2022. The tea is grown in a traditional way in small amount at a small tea plantation. The tea is produced by Zairai tea bushes. Zairai means domestic and is of no specific cultivar, Zairai tea is grown from seeds. The tea bushes have a different look and tea leaves of different shape.
Unlike the usual Japanese way of producing green tea, this tea is fried like the Chinese way to produce green tea instead of steaming. An unusual and traditional way of producing tea.
Origin: Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan
Taste: Sweet taste, well-balanced.

Steeping Instructions:
2dl - 4 g tea in water 70 °C, 1 minute.
Second steeping 70 °C, 1 minute.
Third steeping 70 °C, 1,5 minutes.
