Green tea - Sparrow Tongue
Hand-picked green tea from Gui Zhou province, China. The tea is harvested in early spring 2021. Que She means sparrow tongue and refers to the shape of the small flat tea leaves. The tea must be prepared at a low temperature and then gives a delicate sweet tea with a note of asparagus.



In Gui Zhou, most tea of the Que She type of tea is produced. Gui Zhou is a province with a lot of mountains and borders Yunnan in the west and Guang Xi in the south.

Taste: The taste is balanced and sweet.
Appearance: The leaves are small and flat.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 8 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
2dl teapot - use about 4 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
Second steeping 1 minutes.
Third steeping 1.5 minutes.
