This tea is produced for Dong Ding Tea production Cooperative competition. The tea has reached Fine Grade degree.
The tea was hand picked år 2021. The tea is produced by Chin Shin tea cultivar. The tea is oxidized with a degree of oxidation of about 40%, it is medium to hard roasted. Roasting enhances the aroma of the tea. The tea gets a darker look and a roasted scent with a very balanced roasted taste.

Dark green leaf rolled into small balls.
- use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.

Second steeping 3 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 4 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
