Second flush tea from Giddapahar Tea Estate, Giddapahar Tea Estate is a small family-owned tea estate located in the Kurseong area, the place is also called Eagle Rock and the tea grows at an altitude of about 1500 meters. The tea is of type China.

- use about 5 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
- use about 2,5 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
Second steeping 1 minute, increase to 1.5 minutes on the third steeping. Make sure the water temperature does not drop, the flavor develops with the heat.
The tea will hold for a couple steepings on the same leaves.
