Unique green tea produced in Taiwan harvested in march 2020. The tea is hand picked and produced by tea cultivar Chin Xin Gan Zhi. The tea consist of whole leaf. An aromatic well balanced tea with sweet taste and a long Aftertaste.
The tea is grown by Mr. Chen in Ming Jian in Nantou without the use of pesticides. In Nantou, a large variety of Taiwanese teas are produced. Green tea belongs to the unusual in Taiwan which is famous mainly for the production of high quality oolong teas but also has a range of unique black teas.

A well balanced mild tasting tea with a light sweet taste, light aroma. Long Aftertaste.
Whole green rolled tea leaf.
- use about 8 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
- use about 4 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
Second steeping 1.5 minutes.
Third steeping 2 minutes.
