This tea is produced for Dong Ding Tea production Cooperative competition. The tea has reached highest degree, gold.
The tea was hand picked in Winter 2019 at an altitude of 900 meters. The tea is produced by Xhin Shin tea cultivar. The tea is oxidized with a degree of oxidation of 15%, it is medium roasted. Roasting enhances the aroma of the tea. The tea gets a darker look and a roasted scent with a very balanced roasted taste.

- use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.

Second steeping 3 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 4 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
