The tea is harvested early spring year 2021 and is grown in the Taimu Mountains in Fujian Province. The tea is produced by Da Bai Hao cultivar, the same tea cultivar used for the white tea Bai Hao Yin Zhen, which gives the tea a mild appearance with a reminder of white tea.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instruction:
4dl teapot - use about 8 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
2dl teapot - use about 4 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
Second steeping 1 minute.
Third steeping 1 minute.
