Orthodox Assam tea, second flush. The tea is produced from Clonal teabushes, cutlivar Panetola 1206. High quality Assam tea with some golden tips. The tea is from Khongea, a Tea estate in the upper parts of Assam in India.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 5 grams of tea. Pour in 100° C water and let it steep for 30 seconds.
2dl teapot - use about 2.5 grams of tea. Pour in 100° C water and let it steep for 30 seconds.
Second steeping 30 seconds, third steeping 30 seconds. Make sure the water temperature does not drop, the flavor develops with the heat.

The tea will hold for a couple steepings on the same leaves.
