Raw Pu-erh tea
Hard Pressed green Pu-erh tea from 2008 production produced by the famous producer of Pu-erh tea, Haiwan. The tea consists of high quality tea harvested in spring 2007 of Yunnan Da Ye cultivar.
The tea is in the form of Tuo Cha, a cup-shaped very hard pressed cake. The tea has matured somewhat, is slightly darker in appearance and with a taste with a nuance of wood. The tea can be stored further and the taste will mature more.

Pressed tea lighter color.
- use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
- use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
Second steeping 2 minutes, third steeping 2 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, the flavor develops with the heat.
The tea witholds several steepings on same tea leaves.
