Raw Pu-erh tea
A green Pu-erh tea in the form of a mushroom from the year 2003 from the well-known producer Xiaguan. The tea is of cultivar Yunnan Da Ye. The tea is hard pressed and has attained maturity in taste.
The tea can be stored in several years more but the tea is matured to enjoy.
Origin: Yunnan Province, China
Taste: The tea has a balanced taste with earthy tones and a hint of smokiness.
Appearance: Dried and pressed tea.
- use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
- use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100° water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
Second steeping 2 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 2 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
The can be steeped several times.
