Harvested in the spring of 2023. The tea is handpicked and grown at an altitude of about 1600 m on Yu Shan. Yu Shan, Mount Jade, is the highest peak in Taiwan. The tea is lightly oxidized with an oxidation level of about 10% and light roasted that enhances its aroma. Produced of Chin Shin cultivar.

Fertile soil, foggy mountains, high altitude, low temperatures and fresh air allows the tea to develop slowly.
