San Xia Bi Luo Chun Taiwan 50 gram

Green tea produced in San Xia, Taiwan, harvested in February 2025. The tea is Pre Qing Ming, very early harvest. The tea is hand-picked and produced by cultivar Chin Xin Gan Zhi. San Xia is known in Taiwan for the production of green tea.

For several generations, our producer has been making this green tea. The youngest tea leaves are hand-picked by tea pickers in the area, they are collected and then produced according to the same method as Bi Luo Chun tea is normally produced. The tea has a unique character in the taste that is only found in green teas from Taiwan.
