White tea harvested spring 2019, Pre- Qing Ming, first flush. Cultivar Yunnan Da Ye.
The tea is sun-dried and fully produced and picked by hand. Yin Zhen Yunnan consists of the youngest not developed tea leaves. The youngest tea leaves, not yet fully developed, contain high levels of Catechin. White tea is only slightly oxidized (fermented).

Tips. Brew is yellow in color.
- use about 8 grams of tea. Pour 80 °C water over the tea and let steep for 2 minutes.
