Green tea
A unique green tea from wild tea trees in Vietnam from Ha Giang. The tea has similarities with green teas from Yunnan province in China. Ha Giang is a residence of a relatively large area of 300 years and older vertebrate trees harvested by the minority population in these mountain ranges. Clouds surrounds the area and provides an excellent climate for the tea trees.

The taste of the tea is smoky with a sweet tone with light floweryness in the background.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour 80 °C water over the tea and let steep for 1.5 minute.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour 80 °C water over the tea and let steep for 1.5 minute.

Second steeping 1.5 minute.
Third steeping 2 minute.
