Hand-picked organic certified yellow tea from Cao Bo in Vietnam. The tea bushes grow here at an altitude of 1200 meters and are picked top and two leaves. The tea undergoes a production method that gives the tea the classification yellow tea. The method is a special drying process where the tea is dried wrapped in fabric that keeps the tea warm but does not allow air to pass. This is done for several days. The tea therefore has a slightly higher degree of oxidation than a green tea.

- use about 8 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
- use about 4 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 1.5 minutes.
Second steeping 2 minutes.
Third steeping 3 minutes.
