Oolong Tea - Iron Goddes
Harvested in the autumn of 2018 and grown in the inner An Xi at a height of about 800 m. Lightly oxidized tea that is traditionally roasted with charcoal medium grade. The roasting enhances the aroma of the tea.
Tie Guan Yin is the most famous of Chinese Oolong teas and one of the most famous teas in China at all. The tea is produced of Tie Guan Yin Tea cultivar.

- use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.

Second steeping 3 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 4 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with the heat.
