Shincha Asanoka harvested in early spring 2021. This is a high quality Shincha tea grown in Kagoshima, Japan. The tea is produced from Asanoka cultivar. Shincha is a form of sencha tea harvested in early spring. The tea has a moisture content of 5%, which distinguishes the tea from others and is a fresh tea. Shincha is unusual outside of Japan.
Sencha Kirishima is chumushi, which means that the tea is middle steamed. The tea is shaded, which can be seen on the beautiful dark emerald green leaves.
