Japanese Sencha tea from Shizuoka harvested in spring 2016 of the rare cultivar Shizu 7132. Shizu 7132 is mainly used in Shizuoka and is somewhat difficult to produce tea from, thus the cultivar is rarely used, but is also known for its fragrance and good taste qualities.

Taste: The tea has a full-bodied taste with strength, some aroma and mild sweetness.
Appearance: Green flat short tea leaves.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
2dl - 6g tea at 70 °C water, 40 seconds. Pour out the last drop between steeping's.
Second steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
Third steeping 70 °C, pour directly.
