Sencha tea of the first picking - Ichibancha, medium-grade steamed - chumushi, harvested in spring 2017. The tea is grown in Fukuroi, Shizuoka. The tea is of cultivar Sayamakaori, a relatively popular tea cultivar in Japan.
The tea has a balanced rich taste with light sweetness and grassy notes in taste.
