White tea - White Peony
This famous white tea comes from the north of Fujian province. This is a very good tea for daily use of good quality. This tea is harvested in spring 2019.
Pai Mu Tan is a mixture of leaves and downy tips. Higher gradutions of this tea contains more top downy tips.
The tea is dried in the sun where it gets its sweet and light taste. Only the young leaves are used for white tea.
Tea is a blend of Yin Zhen, silver needles and tea leaves. This can be noticed in the mild and very good taste of the tea.

The taste is very smooth and nutty sweet.
Downy tips, leaves. Dark yellow brew
- use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep in 1.5 minutes.
- use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep in 1.5 minutes.
Second steeping 1.5 minutes.
Third steeping 2 minutes.
