This exclusive handpicked tea is grown in the scenic National Park in Wu Yi Mountain area. The production has been made according to traditional methods with roasting in baskets over charcoal that gives the tea an aromatic roasted flavor and a storability of several years.

The tea is grown at an altitude of 600 meters and is of the cultivar Rou Gui. Rou Gui is a famous tea cultivar from Wu Yi and the name suggests to the taste of cinnamon.

Wu Yi is the origin of a variety of high quality teas. Teas have grown for a very long time in Wu Yi region.









Origin: Wu Yi Mountains, Fujian China
Taste: The scent is strongly roasted, but in the taste only light roasting is discerned and you will find a rich aromatic fruity taste.
Appearance: Dark leaves.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep in 1 minute.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep in 1 minute.
Second steeping 1.5 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 2 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, tastes evolve with heat.
