The tea is harvested in spring 2023 and has its origin in Nantou in Taiwan. The tea is produced from Jin Xuan cultivar, tea from Jin Xuan often has a natural hint of milk in the taste. The tea is scented with a milk aroma that enhances the natural taste of milk. Tea has a yellow brew and a scent of milk and caramel.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
Second steeping 3 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 4 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with heat.
