Oolong Tea
Dung Ding is one of Taiwan's most famous oolong teas. The tea is grown in Nantou in central Taiwan around and on the mountain Dung Ding. The tea bushes of this variant were grown at an altitude of 800 meters on the Dung Ding mountain and harvested in the spring of 2023. This variant is lightly oxidized, light roasted and of Chin Shin cultivar.

Dung Ding comes in varying quality, and many teas sold as Dung Ding does not come from the Dung Ding Mountain, but the areas around. The Nantou area produces a large variety of types of teas.











Origin: Lugu, Nantou County, Taiwan
Taste: A sweet aromatic flavor.
Appearance: Tea leaf rolled into small balls.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
Second steeping 3 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 4 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with the heat.
