Black tea
A very rare hand-picked black tea from Taiwan in a limited edition that is grown at an altitude of 1600 meters in Li Shan. The tea is produced from Ching Shin tea cultivar, a tea cultivar mainly used for the production of oolong tea.

Origin: Cui Fong, Li Shan, Taiwan
Taste: Aromatic fruity taste, well balanced.
Appearance: Whole dark leaves, rolled.

Steeping Suggestion

Steeping Instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 6 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
2dl teapot - use about 3 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
Second steeping 1.5 minutes.
Third steeping 2.5 minutes. Make sure the water temperature does not drop, the flavor develops with the heat.

The tea is suited for a lot of steepings on same leaves.
