Unique green tea produced in Taiwan harvested in the spring of 2019. The tea is hand picked and produced by tea cultivar TTES #17, Bai Lu. This years harvest is a mild tasting tea with a light milky tone.
The tea is grown by Mr. Chen in Ming Jian in Nantou. In Nantou, a large variety of Taiwanese teas are produced. Green tea belongs to the unusual in Taiwan which is famous mainly for the production of high quality oolong teas but also has a range of unique black teas.

Mild tasting tea with a light sweet tone and a hint of milk.
Whole green rolled tea leaf.
- use about 8 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
- use about 4 grams of tea. Pour in 80 °C water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
Second steeping 3 minutes.
Third steeping 4 minutes.
