Green Pu-erh tea
This green Pu-erh tea was harvested in spring 2012 in Bu Lang mountains, Yunnan province, China. The tea of cultivar Da Ye is produced from older tea trees growing at an altitude of about 1400 m. The tea is hand picked and sun dried.
The tea consists of whole leaves. The tea is good to consume now, but also suitable for storage for many years. The tea will get darker and milder in flavor.

Well balanced taste with bitterness.
- use about 5 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
- use about 2,5 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 1 minute.
Second steeping 40 seconds, third steeping 40 seconds. Make sure the temperature of the water drops, the flavor develops with heat.
Tea can be steeped several times.
