Green Pu-erh tea
Green Pu-erh tea harvested in spring 2012 in Ba Da. The tea is of the cultivar Da Ye. The tea bushes grows at an altitude of 1400 m. and is of cultivar Da Ye.
The tea is hand-picked and sun-dried by the Bulang people, the minority population living in Ba Da mountain area, that borders to Burma. Tea has in this area been cultivated for thousands of years.
The tea consists of whole leaves. The tea is good to consume now, but also suitable for storage for many years. The tea will get darker and milder in flavor.

Well balanced taste with notes of bitterness.
- use about 8 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
- use about 4 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
Second steeping 2 minutes, third steeping 2 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water drops, the flavor develops with heat.
Tea can be steeped several times.
