Oolong Tea - Iron Goddes
Tie Guan Yin is the most famous of Chinese Oolong teas and one of the most famous teas in China at all. This tea is harvested in spring 2023 at a height of 500 m. The tea is light oxidized.
Origin: Anxi in Fujian province, China.
Taste: The taste is sweet with a floral note.
Appearance: Green leaves rolled into small balls.
Steeping instructions:
4dl teapot - use about 8 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
2dl teapot - use about 4 grams of tea. Pour in 100 °C water and let it steep for 2 minutes.
Second steeping 2 minutes, third steeping increase the time to 3 minutes. Make sure the temperature of the water does not drop, taste evolves with the heat.
